PropWise — Real Estate Mobile App
PropWise needed a consumer-facing mobile app to compete with Zillow and Realtor.com in their regional market, with hyper-local features their large competitors couldn't offer.
The Problem
PropWise's agent network was losing leads to national platforms. Agents had no mobile tools and were managing client relationships via WhatsApp. There was no way to schedule viewings, track offers, or communicate progress in one place.
Our Solution
A React Native app for both buyers and agents. Buyers get AR-powered property visualization, neighborhood heat maps, and mortgage calculators. Agents get a CRM dashboard, automated showing schedules, and offer tracking pipeline. Real-time notifications keep both sides in sync.
Architecture & Technical Approach
React Native with Expo for fast iteration. MongoDB Atlas for flexible property data schemas. Firebase Realtime Database for chat and notifications. Google Maps SDK with custom clustering for property pins. Node.js API with REST endpoints.

Key Learnings
Map clustering is critical above 500 pins — naive rendering kills performance. AR features must degrade gracefully on older devices. Agent adoption requires onboarding that takes under 10 minutes.
